Ed Terry

Camp Instructor

Ed began his career in the outdoors as a volunteer, working with a youth development charity before qualifying as a Mountain Leader. He loves that his work now takes him all over the UK and the world. He can generally be found guiding long-distance trails and mountain paths, working with schools as a Duke of Edinburgh assessor or as a personal development instructor, and leading groups overseas.

His main passion is the natural world and the role it has to play in education and development. A keen outdoorsman, forager and enthusiast of edible insects Ed enjoys nothing more than immersing young people in the world around them; to show them both how to use natural resources and how to preserve them.

Tim Neale

He is a former geography teacher and a qualified Mountain Leader and has worked extensively with school groups of all ages leading expeditions to places such as the Himalayas, Bolivia and the jungles of Borneo. When not working, Tim enjoys running, cycling, mountain walking and generally being outdoors. He frequently sets himself new challenges, and is currently learning to ride a motorbike. In the past, he has caved around the world, including exploratory trips and finding new caves in Australia.

Tim has his own website where he offers his services as a Mountain Leader.
